Regular Biltong with some fat on it. Dried tradtionally to 55% of original hang weight in our custom drying room. No high temperature dehydrators here.
100% choice grade Angus beef, cured and air dried with traditional seasoning and spices. This
low carb and high in protein snack is packed with flavor and a taste of home.

Just like the Biltong I used to buy in South Africa! this time around the slabs was not that big, but it exactly the way I liked it Little wet with fat on it

The flavor and tenderness of the biltong is spot on and reminds me of home here in the US.

baie goeie snitte . verpakking was goed .weet nie of n ou die smaak dieper in die vleis kan kry nie. genoeg vet op die kante so all in all baie goed . hoe lank laat julle dit in die spices le ? ek sal beslis terug kom vir die . Kylami se biltong was of te droog of te vet ...

I wanted to try the biltong since I read about it so I ordered some from here to my surprise it was delicious I’m going to order more of it better then most beef jerky I’ve tried try some you won’t be sort

I thought this product was perfect. The biltong was slightly moist with a little bit of fat!!!

Easily the most authentic biltong I've ever found in the USA. Could actually pass as good biltong in SA. So happy to finally find something like this!!
