Due to ongoing issues with delivery delays by UPS, we are no longer able to guarantee the timely arrival of Boerewors shipments outside of Texas. These delays have resulted in time, cost, and product loss. As a result, we cannot assume responsibility for late deliveries of fresh sausage orders outside of Texas.
We do continue to offer UPS 2nd Day Air for out-of-state orders; however, please note that customers assume all risk for delayed shipments of fresh products outside Texas.

All fresh sausages are shipped in a cooler box with an ice pack via UPS 2nd Day Air, which adds significantly to the shipping cost.

To simplify pricing, shipping is included in the listed online price of fresh sausage products.

Boerewors orders typically ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to ensure freshness and reduce the chance of weekend delays.

Our fresh sausages are sold in 5 lb batches, conveniently portioned into 3 to 5 smaller packs totaling 5 lbs.
