100% Choice grade Angus beef cured with traditional seasoning and spices and stuffed into a natural sheep casing before being air dried.

Extra dried to ~40% of original hang weight in our custom drying room. No high temperature dehydrators here.

    A great bit of authentic Droëwors. Package does say it was processed in a facility with soy, wheat so if you have a gluten issue be aware but otherwise it's fantastic.
