Lean Biltong with no external fat on it. There may be some internal marbling since we use high quality cuts.
Dried tradtionally to 50-55% of original hang weight in our custom drying room. No high temperature dehydrators here.
100% choice grade Angus beef, cured and air dried with traditional seasoning and spices. This
low carb and high in protein snack is packed with flavor and a taste of home.

It’s delicious. I’d only had it previously in South Africa. It’s unfortunate that due to vision loss, I can’t get it as thin as I’d like.

I’ve been looking for years for good biltong in the US, I think Angus Biltong is the doing a fantastic job, the slab biltong is my favorite made me think of home. My wife and kids devoured my first order and they loved it. I highly recommended this brand.
