Lean Biltong with no external fat on it. There may be some internal marbling since we use high quality cuts.

Dried tradtionally to 50-55% of original hang weight in our custom drying room. No high temperature dehydrators here. 

100% choice grade Angus beef, cured and air dried with traditional seasoning and spices. This
low carb and high in protein snack is packed with flavor and a taste of home.
