Food and drinks

This covers biltong, droëwors, chilli bites, sausage, frozen, fresh and ready-to-eat items, opened groceries, and all drinks, including wine.

For food safety reasons, we can't accept returns of food or drinks. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, broken or wrong, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us your order number and photos of the product and packaging, and we'll replace it or refund it, including shipping. Please don't eat or drink anything you're unsure about.

Unopened groceries and braai/BBQ gear

You can return unopened, shelf-stable groceries (such as rusks, canned goods and sweets) and braai/BBQ gear within 30 days of delivery or purchase. They must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

Please contact us before sending anything back. You pay the return shipping unless we made a mistake. We refund the item price, but the original shipping isn't refundable.

Not returnable

Gift certificates, sale or clearance items, and anything that has been opened or used.

Refund or replacement

When something qualifies, we'll decide whether to replace it or refund it, depending on the situation.

In store

Bring your item and receipt to 255 Sawdust Rd, Spring, TX 77380, within the same time limits, for a refund or exchange. Food and drinks bought in store can't be returned, but if something isn't right, tell us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order any time before it ships. Once it has shipped, the rules above apply.
