Lean Biltong with no external fat on it. There may be some internal marbling since we use high quality cuts.

Dried tradtionally to 50-55% of original hang weight in our custom drying room. No high temperature dehydrators here.

100% choice grade Angus beef, cured and air dried with traditional seasoning and spices. This
low carb and high in protein snack is packed with flavor and a taste of home.

Like with the chilli bites, we've ordered biltong within the States from elsewhere and although we found some good stuff, it's been very expensive. Angus has amazing quality (I prefer the lean over the normal which was a bit wet for us) and it's a great price. Will definitely order again!
