Regular Biltong with some fat on it. Dried tradtionally to 55% of original hang weight in our custom drying room. No high temperature dehydrators here.
100% choice grade Angus beef, cured and air dried with traditional seasoning and spices. This
low carb and high in protein snack is packed with flavor and a taste of home.

I like my biltong more on the wet side than the dry side and this one was perfect!!! I love the convenience of having it pre-sliced. Shipping is super quick as well.
