Regular Biltong with some fat on it. Dried tradtionally to 55% of original hang weight in our custom drying room. No high temperature dehydrators here.
100% choice grade Angus beef, cured and air dried with traditional seasoning and spices. This
low carb and high in protein snack is packed with flavor and a taste of home.

absolutely amazing. I make biltong at home but it takes to long to cure. This is definitely handmade, the quality and texture is perfect.

My biltong arrived swiftly, well packaged and delicious. We were lucky enough to get a wet fatty slab. It was gone in 2 days. Will absolutely order again!
