Regular Biltong with some fat on it. Dried tradtionally to 55% of original hang weight in our custom drying room. No high temperature dehydrators here.
100% choice grade Angus beef, cured and air dried with traditional seasoning and spices. This
low carb and high in protein snack is packed with flavor and a taste of home.

My biltong arrived swiftly, well packaged and delicious. We were lucky enough to get a wet fatty slab. It was gone in 2 days. Will absolutely order again!

This product came on time but one package lost its vacuum seal, but product inside was still good. This was my first time trying this product, found it to be tasty with some spices added. But would purchase it again.

Forget the store-bought varieties of sealed packets they call "biltong" in the USA. Those are not a true representation of the traditional South African biltong. If you're wondering what billing is, it's NOT jerky (look it up) - it's way better IMHO (then again, I'm biased, because I'm South African :-) The team at Angus Biltong are on top of their game. Shipping is reliable, as is their product. I've ordered various types of meats from Angel Biltong before, and, in particular, I can't go a single month without craving my dose of biltong :-) Keep it up, team - loving it!

Just like the Biltong I used to buy in South Africa! this time around the slabs was not that big, but it exactly the way I liked it Little wet with fat on it
