Regular Biltong with some fat on it. Dried traditionally to 55% of original hang weight in our custom drying room. No high temperature dehydrators here.
100% Choice Grade Angus Beef, cured and air dried with traditional seasoning and spices. This
low carb and high in protein snack is packed with flavor and a taste of home.

This is totally unacceptable !!! It’s sooooo good now I have to buy more!! I’m craving more. This is a warning do not buy if you want the most delicious Biltong ever!

Too much salt and slices too thin. But overall nice and close to home biltong.

received the Biltong yesterday and it is already finished . This is by far the best biltong I've had in the states. Traveling home to SA last November I was able to have the good stuff and your Biltong is by far the closest replication of true Biltong thank you so so much reminded me of home... Thank you so much. Absolutely loved the sliced biltong - just wet enough with a reasonable amount of fat. The only complaint I have is that I did not order enough.
