Regular Biltong with some fat on it. Dried tradtionally to 55% of original hang weight in our custom drying room. No high temperature dehydrators here.
100% choice grade Angus beef, cured and air dried with traditional seasoning and spices. This
low carb and high in protein snack is packed with flavor and a taste of home.

The sliced Biltong is legitimately good. On par with the butcher that used to be around the corner when I lived in Northmead, Gauteng in RSA. My boerewife is very happy with the purchase.

There's nothing wrong with the biltong. It's really good but I just like it a little bit more moist and with more fat. Other than that, no problem.

This is the first time I've ever had biltong, definitely enjoyed it. The meat is softer than jerky but you also get bits of fat on many pieces which I really loved. However I have to admit, this being a traditional South African food, the seasoning is noticeably different to American style meats. Not bad at all, just different, I'd it's worth looking into before trying

So good - tastes just like good biltong from S Africa. I've tried several suppliers here in the USA, and this biltong is by far the best.
