We are no longer able to guarantee Boerewors deliveries outside of Texas. Unfortunately, UPS has repeatedly missed delivery deadlines, resulting in significant time, effort, and financial losses. As a result, we cannot guarantee timely delivery or take responsibility for any fresh sausage products delayed outside of Texas. We will continue to offer 2nd Day Air shipping, but please understand that the risk of delayed delivery rests with you if the shipment is outside Texas.

Traditional Boerewors. Combination of Beef and Pork, seasoned with traditional seasonings and spices and stuffed into a hog casing. Crowned best boerewors in Texas at the 2021 Texas Potjie Festival. A staple at any braai. Great by itself or as an addition next to a steak or chop and incredible on a roll with a chakalaka tomato and onion 'smoor'.
Great on the grill or a pan but is very easy in an air fryer too. Check out our recipes page.
All fresh sausages are sold in 5 lb batches. The batch will be made up of 3 to 5 smaller packages to get to a total of 5 lb.
Boerewors only ships on Mondays and Tuesdays due to the inconsistancies with the shipping companies.
We must ship fresh sausages 2nd day air which increases the shipping cost significantly. Due to this all fresh sausages have the shipping cost included in the price online. In-store purchases do not incur this surcharge.
