Spicy Chili Bites
SPICY SPICY SPICY, these tender air dried slices of Angus beef are packed with protein, flavor and a nice kick. They run about the same heat as bufallo wings. Great anytime snack. Caution, it takes a lot of self control to put down the packet and walk away.
Dried traditionally in our custom drying room. No high temperature dehydrators here.

Absolutely Great Biltong! Some of the best biltong in the world—seriously impressive. It leans more toward the Mikuyu style: extra dry, which gives it that authentic, indigenous feel. The snapsticks are hands-down my favorite—perfect texture and flavor. Personally, I’d love the chili snapsticks to pack even more heat, but that’s just my preference. Overall, top-tier quality and taste. Highly recommended!
