Dried traditionally to 50% of original hang weight in our custom drying room. No high temperature dehydrators here.

Nice crisp skin. Cooks really well on the brain. Beautifully spiced. My husband is South African and he has won us over with this. U.S. sausages just do NOT compare. ❤️

This droewors is simply outstanding. We took a large bag away for the weekend and the kids ate it all by Saturday afternoon! Delicious!
