Dried traditionally to 50% of original hang weight in our custom drying room. No high temperature dehydrators here.

droewors has good flavor but I found it wasn't dry enough especially the casings. They abit hard to break when to bite into it. Otherwise the chili sticks were exceptional and tasted like home :)

It’s extremely hard to find decent DROËWORS, but we didn’t find decent we found GREAT DROËWORS! Soooo good!

The droë wors have enough of everything in it. Very tasteful and just dry enough.
