100% Choice grade Angus beef cured with traditional seasoning and spices with a serving of peri peri stuffed into a natural sheep casing before being air dried.

Dried traditionally to 50% of original hang weight in our custom drying room. No high temperature dehydrators here.

    These peri peri droewors knocked it out the park! Great flavor overall. Excellent spice level. It tasted spicier than the inferno sticks. Really loved this one. Just could have been a little more dry.

    The best PERI PERI DROËWORS I have ever heard since moving to the US 16 years ago. Value for money!
