Dried traditionally to 50% of original hang weight in our custom drying room. No high temperature dehydrators here.

Really enjoyed the taste. I just wish the had 1/2 pound packs because unless you are a family, a single person might not be able to eat one pound in 3 days

The Droewors from Angus is exceptional. The flavor and texture are exactly like it’s supposed to be. My US born children love it and always ask for this to be their daily snack.

Im from Johannesburg South Africa & im a professional motocross racer . I have been in the states on a sports visa chasing my dream. Im so happy i found out about Angus biltong !! Would be awesome if we could partner up in anyway with sponsorships !
