Dried traditionally to 50% of original hang weight in our custom drying room. No high temperature dehydrators here.

The Droewors from Angus is exceptional. The flavor and texture are exactly like it’s supposed to be. My US born children love it and always ask for this to be their daily snack.

I have been a huge fan of their droëwors for years. I ordered a shipment to Las Vegas and I had my socks knocked off as usual. Absolutely love their product.
