Dried traditionally to 50% of original hang weight in our custom drying room. No high temperature dehydrators here.

Ask any South-African expat what food they miss most from South-Africa, and 9/10 times the answer will be biltong and droee wors. Jerky just isn't the same! That was true for us - because after 18 years in the USA, we still haven't found proper blitong and droee wors. Well, that all changed with Angus Biltong! It tastes like home!! It is by far the best blitong and droee wors we have ever had! Ordering from them is a breeze, and you will have your items delivered to you in a day or two!
