Sliced Lean Biltong - 1 lb or 8 oz
Lean Biltong with no external fat on it. There may be some internal marbling since we use high quality cuts.
Dried tradtionally to 50-55% of original hang weight in our custom drying room. No high temperature dehydrators here.
100% choice grade Angus beef, cured and air dried with traditional seasoning and spices. This
low carb and high in protein snack is packed with flavor and a taste of home.

Best biltong we've had since being in the U.S. Thank you! Keep up the great work and please keep making it:-) Also, FYI, maybe send a notice with shipment notification that the product may need to be refrigerated. Did not expect this, and advance warning would've been great (unless that was me not reading product description properly!) Thanks again for an awesome product!

I have tried several different company's biltong here in the USA and this is by far the best available! Authentic taste and texture!
