Regular Biltong with some fat on it. Dried traditionally to 55% of original hang weight in our custom drying room. No high temperature dehydrators here.
100% choice grade Angus beef, cured and air dried with traditional seasoning and spices. This
low carb and high in protein snack is packed with flavor and a taste of home.

Second batch of biltong I have had in 4 years. Absolutely awesome . Only problem I had was that you recommend it be eaten in three days. Unfortunately I couldn't last that long.

I have purchased biltong from numerous companies in the US. Undoubtedly, this biltong tastes the closest to the real thing (or exactly like it). Easy proof? Look at the ingredients of this product versus other companies' products. Really good and I will be a return customer.
