Regular Biltong with some fat on it. Dried traditionally to 55% of original hang weight in our custom drying room. No high temperature dehydrators here.
100% choice grade Angus beef, cured and air dried with traditional seasoning and spices. This
low carb and high in protein snack is packed with flavor and a taste of home.

Ordering was easy, shipping was fast and efficient. I had accidentally paid for shipping during a promotion where they were doing free shipping so they provided an extra product free of charge as a courtesy. The jerky was fresh and perfectly seasoned. Outstanding flavor. Will definitely order again!
